DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE? WHAT IS THE SHIPPING FEE?
Yes. We provide shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there is some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
Shipping fee:
Standard Shipping:- $0.00 – $150.00: 12.95 USD to US and 14.95 USD to others.
- $150.01 and up: Free shipping
- $0.00 – $250.00: 24.95 USD to US and 29.95 USD to others.
- $250.01 and up: Free shipping
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any customs fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get customs fees when they arrive in your country.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

Force Majeure, which includes but is not limited to, acts of governments, acts of nature, fire, explosion, typhoon, flood, earthquake, tide, lightning, war, means any event that is beyond the Party's reasonable control and cannot be prevented with reasonable care.
Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order is shipped that contains your tracking information. If you don't receive the tracking information within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to be updated into the online system. If there is still no information on your tracking code within 5 days since you receive it, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you’ve specified combined shipping.
